Peer researcher training

In February, we initiated our collaboration with our team of peer researchers. Our interactions, both online and in-person, were focused on building relationships and understanding the project's scope together. The QMUL team facilitated sessions that included discussions and training on qualitative research methods. During these sessions, our peer researchers expressed their motivations for participating in the project and their aspirations for the outcomes of this work. Together, we crafted the interview topic guide, ensuring that the questions posed to our research participants are pertinent and insightful, paving the way for meaningful future changes.

We collaboratively engaged in activities that delved into our intersectional identities, examining how these might influence the research process
